One new case of COVID-19 reported in Nova Scotia

Provincial health authorities are reporting one new case of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia today.

The new case is in the Central Zone, and is a close contact of a previously-reported case.

One more person has recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases in Nova Scotia to 19.

One person remains in intensive care.

One thousand six hundred and ten Nova Scotians have tested positive for the novel coronavirus since the pandemic began; 65 people have died.

One thousand five hundred and twenty-six people in the province have recovered from COVID-19.
