One new case of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia today

Nova Scotia is reporting one new case of COVID-19 today.

The new case is in the Central Zone, and is travel-related.

Three more people have recovered, bringing the number of known, active cases in the province to 22.

Three of those active cases are in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality.

One Nova Scotian remains in intensive care with the illness.

Just over 77 per cent of Nova Scotia’s population has had at least one dose of a COVID vaccine; over 68 per cent have had both.
