Provincial health authorities are reporting one new case of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia today.
The case is in the Cape Breton Community Health Network, and is related to travel outside the province.
The new case brings the number of known, active cases in Nova Scotia to 19.
One person remains in intensive care.
One thousand six hundred and nine Nova Scotians have tested positive for the novel coronavirus since the pandemic began; 65 people have died.
One thousand five hundred and twenty-five people in the province have recovered from COVID-19.
