One Man Dead, Another Wounded After North Sydney Stabbings

One man is dead and another is in hospital with life-threatening stab wounds after police responded to two incidents in North Sydney, overnight.

Police say they got the call to a report of a stabbing on King Street at midnight.

They add officers found a 25 year-old man with life threatening stab wounds when they arrived on the scene.

He was taken to the Regional Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

Police say his name will not be released, pending notification of next of kin.

At 12:15, this morning, Police say they got a call about a second man with stab wounds at a home on King Street.

The 21 year-old was taken to the Regional Hospital with what police describe as life threatening stab wounds.

Police say their investigation continues but add they’re not looking for any more suspects.
