by A 37 year-old woman charged with manslaughter in the death of a woman in Sydney Mines has been scheduled to stand trial in November of 2019.
Kimberley Ann O’Dea was originally charged with second degree murder in the death of 28 year-old Dana Marie Jessome, who died from injuries suffered when she was hit by a car in July of last year.
Police say O’Dea was driving the vehicle.
O’Dea continues her release on conditions until the trial.
