O’Dea Due To Have Trial Date Set

A 37 year-old woman charged with manslaughter in the death of a woman in Sydney Mines is due back in court today to set a trial date.

Kimberley Ann O’Dea was originally charged with second degree murder in the death of 28 year-old Dana Marie Jessome.

Jessome died from injuries suffered when she was hit by a car in July of last year.

Police say O’Dea was driving the car.

O’Dea has been released on conditions, including she live in Grand Falls-Windsor in Newfoundland and Labrador.
