Two nurses charged after the death of a man on the grounds of the Regional Hospital in Sydney are due back in court today for another plea hearing.
41 year-old Tammy Carrigan-Warner from Sydney River and 47 year-old Valerie MacGillivary from Glace Bay are both facing a count of forgery.
The 79 year-old man was a patient at the hospital and was found unresponsive on the sidewalk outside the building on February 23rd.
Police say documents on the man’s status were forged.
His name has not been released.
Carrigan-Warner and MacGillivary have been fired from their jobs at the hospital.
Both have been released on conditions.
