NS Reports Seven New COVID Cases

The province is reporting seven new cases of COVID-19 today.

All of the new cases are in the Central Zone.

Five are related to travel outside Atlantic Canada and two are close contacts of previously reported cases.

There’s now a total of 46 confirmed active cases of COVID-19 in Nova Scotia.

Four of those cases are in the Cape Breton County Community Health Network and one is in the Inverness, Victoria and Richmond Community Health Network.

Premier Iain Rankin and Chief Medical Officer of Health Dr. Robert Strang are scheduled to give another COVID-19 update at 11:45 tomorrow morning.
