NS Reporting Three More COVID-19 Deaths, 29 New Hospitalizations, 816 New Cases

The province is reporting three more COVID-19 deaths and 29 more hospitalizations since the last update on Friday.

19 other people have been released from hospital since Friday.

Health officials say the people who died include a man in his 60’s in the Eastern Zone, as well as a man in his 70’s in the Northern Zone and a man in his 80’s in the Central Zone.

There are now 59 people in the province in hospital with COVID-19, including two in intensive care.

The province is also reporting 816 new cases today.

526 of those cases are in the Central Zone, with 110 each in the Eastern and Western Zones and 70 in the Northern Zone.
