NS Reporting Six More COVID-19 Deaths, Seven Hospitalizations, 226 Cases

The province is reporting six more COVID-19 deaths today, as well as seven more hospital admissions.

Two people died in each of the Central, Western and Northern Zones and ranged in age from their 60’s to their 90’s.

As of this afternoon, there were 74 people in the province in hospital after being admitted because of COVID-19, including 11 people in intensive care.

226 new lab-confirmed cases are also being reported today.

Of those cases, 123 are in the Central Zone, with 19 in the Eastern Zone, 28 in the Northern Zone and 56 in the Western Zone.
