North Sydney Man Charged with Second Degree Murder Due in Court

A North Sydney man is due back in court today to set a trial date on a charge of second degree murder.

21 year-old Cody Alexander Russell is charged in the stabbing death of 25 year-old Stephen Tyler Chisholm in September of last year.

A trial date was due to be set last month, but the matter was put over until today.

Russell remains on remand.
