No New Confirmed COVID Cases, But One Probable Case In NS

Provincial health officials say no new COVID-19 cases were found yesterday but they are reporting one probable case.

They say the case involves a Dalhousie University student who recently came from outside the Atlantic Bubble and got what are being called indeterminate test results.

The student lives off-campus and has been self-isolating as required.

Officials say the case is being treated as if it’s been confirmed to make sure all precautions are taken but it’s not being counted in the total number of confirmed cases.

To date, 1,086 people in the province have tested positive for the virus and 65 have died.

1,021 people have recovered.
