New Public Housing For Glace Bay

Glace Bay-Dominion MLA John White announced new public housing for Glace Bay, this morning.

The new three-storey, 22-unit building will have a mix of one-, two- and three-bedroom units, with the first floor fully accessible.

It will provide homes for up to 56 people and be built at the site of the John Dan Complex on Sterling Road.

Construction will begin in the spring of 2025 with completion targeted for the fall of 2026.
