New Family Doctor Wait List

The Nova Scotia health authority says people who don’t have a family doctor can now be added to a provincial wait list it’s creating.

The new service kicks off today.

People can get on the list by calling 811, Monday to Friday between 11 am and 7 pm.

Those on the list will be contacted directly by a family practice in their community when a spot becomes available.
