New Cannabis Stores Coming To CB

Four more Cape Breton NSLC locations will soon be selling cannabis.

The store in Sydney River is now the only one on the island selling the products, but the province has announced new cannabis stores are coming to Glace Bay, Sydney Mines, Baddeck and Port Hawkesbury.

A total of 14 new locations will be selling cannabis, a move the province says will help fill gaps in service and combat the illegal market.

It says some of the new locations will be ready this fall, and all of them will be completed by the end of the next fiscal year.
