New Booster Clinic To Open Monday

The province says a COVID-19 booster clinic will be opening up at the Grand Lake Road Fire Hall on Monday.

It’s one of a number of clinics being set up across the province starting this week.

People who are 30 or older can book a booster dose at least 168 days after they got their second dose.

The age for boosters is 18 and older for African Nova Scotians and people in First Nations communities.

The province says appointments for vaccinations are being added often and people are being encouraged to keep checking for openings.
