N.S Reports COVID-19 Death, No New Cases

There are no COVID-19 cases to report today.

That’s two weeks without a new case of the coronavirus in Nova Scotia.

Meanwhile, health officials say a woman in her 60s with underlying medical conditions died several weeks ago in the Central Region because of COVID-19.

Her death was under investigation since then to see if it was related to the coronavirus.

She did not live in a long term care home.

The province has 64 COVID-19 related deaths.

There are no active cases in the province.
