N.S. Public Health Reports Three New COVID-19 Cases Today

The province is reporting three new cases of COVID-19 today after a four-day run without any new cases of the virus.

All of them are in the Central Zone, two are close contacts of previously reported cases and one is under investigation.

There are eight active cases in the province with two in the Cape Breton County Community Health Network and none in the Inverness, Victoria and Richmond Community Health Network.

Two people in Nova Scotia are in hospital with the virus, one in intensive care.

Health authority labs completed about 27 hundreds COVID-19 tests yesterday.
