A North Sydney man who testified he took money to arrange a murder is due back on the witness stand today at the trail of a Sydney man charged with two counts of counsel to commit murder.
53 year-old Roderick Domoslai is accused of trying to have his ex-wife Dawn MacNeil killed and faces a total of five charges.
Yesterday, 48 year-old Erin Maxwell told the court he took 20-thousand dollars from Domoslai to carry out the job but had no intention of going through with it.
He says he just wanted the money.
He also testified there would be another $80,000 when the deed was done.
