by A plea hearing was adjourned today for a Florence man charged in the death of 60 year-old Robert Thomas Bradley from Sydney Mines.
39 year-old John Patrick White is facing a count of second degree murder in Bradley’s death.
White is now due back in court for a plea hearing a week from today.
40 year-old Stephen Michael Bishop from North Sydney is also charged with second degree murder in the case.
Regional Police say officers got a call on September 3rd of last year about an assault at a home on Brook Street in North Sydney.
They say paramedics treated the man who was assaulted but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
