by A Florence man charged in the death of 60 year-old Robert Thomas Bradley from Sydney Mines is now due back in court next month.
38 year-old John Patrick White is facing a count of second degree murder in the case.
He’s now on remand until his case goes back to court on September 9th.
40 year-old Stephen Michael Bishop from North Sydney is also charged with second degree murder in the case.
Regional Police say officers got a call on September 3rd about an assault at a home on Brook Street in North Sydney.
They say paramedics treated the man who was assaulted but he was pronounced dead at the scene.
