Municipality Seeking Input On Active Transportation Plan

The Regional Municipality is holding a series of workshops next week to get feedback on its new Active Transportation Plan.

It says the plan will outline infrastructure upgrades and new routes needed to improve the walkable and wheelable network across the municipality.

The consultations start at the Louisbourg Fire Hall on Monday of next week, followed by events at the Joan Harris Cruise Pavillion in Sydney on Tuesday, the Glace Bay Miners Forum a week from today, and the John J. Nugent Fireman’s Club in Sydney Mines a week from tomorrow.

All of the events are scheduled for 6:00 in the evening.
