More Than 10 Percent Cast Advance Ballots

CBRM election officials say 10.4 percent of eligible voters cast ballots by 8:00 last night in the second day of advance voting in municipal and school board elections.

That amounts to just under 85-hundred people voting online or by phone, so far.

People can vote online or by phone 24 hours a day until 7:00 next Wednesday night using a personal identification number or PIN they got in the mail.

People who choose to cast a paper ballot can vote on Election Day, Saturday, October 15th.

Anyone who didn’t get a PIN or has questions about voting can call the Voter Help Desk at 902-567-5889 during regular business hours.
