Moment Of Silence On Third Anniversary Of Mass Shooting In Province

People are asked to observe a moment of silence at noon today and tomorrow to remember the 22 lives lost in the 13-hour mass shooting in the province three years ago.

Flags at Province House and all provincial government buildings and institutions are at half-mast from sunrise today to sunset tomorrow.

People, businesses and community organizations that fly flags are also encouraged to lower them to half-mast.
