MLA’s Return To Province House, Budget Coming March 26

The province’s Liberal Government will be rolling out its 2019-20 budget on March 26^th.

The announcement was made today after MLA’s took their seats in the legislature for the opening of the spring sitting.

Issues likely to dog the government through the session include labour relations and upcoming contracts with doctors and teachers.

The Opposition is also expected to keep health issues front-and-centre.

Finance Minister Karen Casey says the government will be tabling another balanced budget.
