Roads are water-covered and slushy this morning after yesterday’s snowfall turned to rain, overnight. Drivers will need to allow extra time to get where they’re going, today. The Cape Breton Victoria-Regional School Board says buses will not be travelling on the Morley Road this morning because of icy conditions. Meanwhile, Marine Atlantic has suspended ferry crossings again, today. The ferries have been tied up since Friday.
