Marine Atlantic Ferry Crossings Cancelled

Marine Atlantic has cancelled this morning’s and tonight’s ferry crossings from North Sydney and Port aux Basques because of weather conditions.

The Crown Corporation warns crossings could be affected by the weather through Wednesday morning.

There’s a Storm Warning in effect for the Cabot Strait.

Seas of 1 to 2 metres are forecast to build to 2 to 3 near noon today and to 3 to 5 this evening.
