Marijuana Dispensary Owner Due Back In Court, Today

The owner of a Sydney marijuana dispensary is due back in court today for a plea hearing.

38 year-old Donald James Campbell was one of three people arrested when Regional Police raided four properties in Sydney last month.

He’s charged with two firearm offences and five breaches.

Campbell is the owner of Cape Breton Medical Cannabis on Grand Lake Road.

Supporters say they rely on his business for medical cannabis.

But police say marijuana dispensaries are illegal and dangerous.

Campbell has been released on conditions.
