Man In Critical Condition After Attempting To Rescue A Woman At Uisge Ban Falls

A man in his 60’s has been airlifted to Halifax hospital in critical condition after trying to help a woman who fell into the water at Uisge Ban Falls in Victoria County, yesterday.

RCMP say the woman fell into the water shortly after noontime and two people and an RCMP officer went in to help her.

Police say the woman and the two others were not hurt.
