by Regional Police say a 64 year-old man is dead after he was hit by a pickup truck on Crawford Crossing in Sydney, last night.
Police say they got called to the area at around 11:30.
The say the man is reported to have walked out into the middle of the road before he was hit.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Traffic Safety investigators spoke to the driver of the truck and have seized the Ford Ranger for routine inspection as part of the ongoing investigation.
The identity of the 64 year-old is not being released at this time, pending notification of next of kin.
