Man Charged In Justin MacDonald Murder Due Back In Court Later This Month

One of three men charged in the disappearance and murder of Justin MacDonald from North Sydney is now due back in court on March 25th after a brief court appearance today.

45-year-old Aaron Curtis Mickey told the court today he still doesn’t have a lawyer.

Mickey is charged with second-degree murder in the case.

36-year-old Ryan Joseph Pike is also charged with second-degree murder in the MacDonald case while 38-year-old Mitchell George McPhee faces a count of manslaughter.

MacDonald was last seen in North Sydney on the night of July 7th at the Irving gas station on Commercial Street.

His burned vehicle was later found in the Mira Road area.
