Man Charged after North Sydney House Ramming Due in Court

A man charged after his former North Sydney home was rammed with a front end loader is due back in court today for a plea hearing.

Kevin Albert Morrison faces a number of charges, including three counts of mischief over 5,000, as well as single counts of mischief under 5,000, taking a vehicle without consent and evading police.

He’s also charged with three counts of mischief by endangering the lives of three people and three counts of uttering threats.

Morrison was arrested after Regional Police got called to reports of a front end loader damaging a home on Seaview Drive in the early morning of January 15th.

The driver was arrested after police followed the machine to King Street, where they say it stopped after damaging barriers in front of the liquor store.
