Man Accused of Trying To Hire Hitman in Court

A Sydney man facing a charge of trying to hire someone to kill his ex-wife is due back in court today for a focus hearing.

51 year-old Roderick Joseph Domoslai is charged with two counts of counselling another person to commit murder and a third count of counselling a person to commit arson.

He also faces two counts each of perjury and obstruction of justice.

The offences are alleged to have occurred between 2008 and 2010.

Domoslai has been released on conditions.
