Mall Shooting Suspects Due in Court

The two people accused of planning a shooting rampage at the Halifax Shopping Centre are due in court today.   Randy Shepherd and Lindsay Souvannarath are both charged with conspiring to commit murder.   Police say a third suspect in the case, James Gamble, shot himself at his parents’ home in Timberlea.   They add the three were plotting to kill as many people as possible at the Halifax Shopping Centre on Valentine’s Day.   Police intervened after someone called Crime Stoppers.
