Major Work On Prince Street In Sydney Starting Today

Major work on Prince Street in Sydney is starting this morning.

Public Works is replacing the underground water main and widening the street in the stretch between Disco Street and Ashby Corner.

The municipality is also planning to repave the street between Disco and Inglis Streets.

It says the street will be down to one eastbound lane during construction, with westbound traffic detoured on Victoria Road and Disco Street.

The project is expected to last until the end of November.
