Main-a-Dieu Man Due Back in Court on Sex Charges

A Main-a-Dieu man is due back in court today for a focus hearing in a case involving a number of alleged sex offences.

51 year-old Robert Gerard Parsons is charged with sexual assault, invitation to sexual touching, and sexual interference with a person under the age of 14.

 He was released on conditions after a brief court appearance, last month.

They include that he have no contact with the complainant, and not being in the company of anyone under 16 years-old unless they’re accompanied by an adult.

The offences are alleged to have occurred between September 2012 and January of this year.
