by Regional Police issued an emergency alert this morning to say they found a live grenade at 153 Pitt Street in Sydney.
Police are asking people to avoid the area and say they’re waiting for the arrival of an Explosive Disposal Unit from Halifax.
They say they got called to the scene at around 8:30 this morning and the street is now closed.
