by Finance Minister Allan MacMaster will release the Progressive Conservative government’s first budget, this afternoon.
Today’s budget comes after MacMaster unveiled a capital plan worth 1.5 billion dollars, last week.
That’s the highest annual amount spent on capital projects in the province’s history.
The Tories campaigned on a promise to fix healthcare and several healthcare funding announcements have already been made.
MacMaster is expected to start delivering the 2022-23 fiscal blueprint at around 1:15 this afternoon.
