Iain Rankin Resigning As Provincial Liberal Leader

Iain Rankin announced this morning he plans to step down as leader of the province’s Liberal Party.

Rankin says he’s asked the party to begin the process of finding a replacement.

He says he’ll stay on as MLA for Timberlea-Prospect and will remain as leader until a new one is chosen.
