Hundreds Still Without Power After Weekend Storm

There are still about 300 customers without power after the weekend freezing rain and wind storm.

Most of the remaining outages are scattered across southwestern Nova Scotia.

Nova Scotia Power says crews worked overnight to restore power.

However, the company says some customers will need to have their power metres repaired by an electrician before being reconnected.

The estimated restoration time for many of the remaining outages is 2:00 this afternoon.
