by Progressive Conservative leader Tim Houston announced this morning in Halifax a re-elected PC Government will reduce the province’s small business tax rate from 2.5% to 1.5%.
Houston says the PC’s will also raise the small business tax threshold from $500,000 to $700,000.
He says the move will allow more small businesses to benefit from the lower small business tax rate.
Houston is spending the rest of the day campaigning in Halifax and its suburbs.
