Houston Leads Premiers In Approval Ratings: Angus Reid

A new poll gives Premier Tim Houston the highest approval rating among his colleagues in the country.

The quarterly survey from Angus Reid has 73 per cent of Nova Scotians saying they approve of the job Houston is doing.

That’s up from 57 percent three months ago when he edged out Quebec’s François Legault by two points.

Saskatchewan’s Scott Moe comes a distant second to Houston in the latest poll with 55 percent support.

5,105 people were surveyed online for the poll that can’t be given a margin of error because online polls aren’t considered random samples.
