HMCS Glace Bay Open For Tours In Sydney, Tonight

HMCS Glace Bay is docked in Sydney today.

The Kingston-class coastal defence vessel is part of the navy’s contribution to the Great Canadian Marine Careers Expo.

Sydney is Glace Bay’s first stop on a tour that will take it through the St. Lawrence Seaway to the Great Lakes to visit ten other communities.

The ship will be open to visitors in Sydney from 6:00 this evening until 8:00 tonight.

It’s also carrying out a day sail near Sydney tomorrow from 10:00 in the morning to 2:00 in the afternoon.
