Highland Village Has A New Executive Director

The Highland Village Museum in Iona has a new Executive Director.

The museum says Melissa Blunden from Alberta will start in the role next month.

Blunden spent more than five years as Executive Director of the Lacombe & District Historical Society in Alberta.

She has degrees in Anthropology and Cultural Resource Management.

She’ll take over from Rodney Chaisson who’s taken a position working directly for the Nova Scotia Museum.
