Hearing Adjourned For Murder Accused

A hearing to set a trial date was adjourned today for a Victoria County man charged in the death of 77-year-old Gordon Budge.

Brian Coady Rose from New Haven faces a count of second degree murder in the August death of Budge.

He was committed to stand trial after a preliminary hearing and continues to be on remand.

Rose is now due back in court on May 2nd for a hearing to set a trial date.
