Hearing Adjourned For Murder Accused

A court hearing was adjourned today for a Howie Centre man charged with first degree murder in the death of his wife.

Gregory James Dilney was arrested after police were called to a King’s Road home last month.

Police say 71 year-old Brenda Ann Dilney was pronounced dead at the scene by paramedics who worked to save her.

Dilney is being held in custody and has been ordered to have no contact with six people.

His case is due back in court on May 20th.
