Health Officials Warning Of Fentanyl In Drug Samples

The provincial Health Authority is warning about fentanyl found in crystal meth in Cape Breton.

It says two samples of crystal meth in the Glace Bay area tested positive for fentanyl.

The authority is advising people not to use drugs alone, if possible.

It’s also reminding people of overdose prevention sites that offer a safe space for people who use drugs.

The PeerSix overdose prevention site is located at 75 Prince Street in Sydney.
