Harvest House in Glace Bay is looking for a new home. The facility on Main Street provides hot meals and counselling for those in need. Co-ordinator Melvin Sangster says a deal for them to take ownership of the building has fallen through. He adds they had plans to renovate and add a homeless shelter but he says they don’t want to raise money to fix up the building, it they don’t own it. Sangster says they’ve found a couple of possible new locations and are talking to the owners. He’s hoping to be out of their current building by the end of March.
