A Glace Bay woman is due back in court today to enter pleas on charges in a hit and run that sent a 75 year-old woman to hospital.

55 year-old Judith Lynda Devison faces counts of impaired driving causing bodily harm and failure to stop at the scene of a crash.

RCMP say the accident happened on March 9th when a car travelling east toward Sydney struck a woman walking along the Trans Canada in South Haven, outside of Baddeck.

The victim was sent to hospital with serious injuries.
