Girl Seriously Injured in Sydney Pedestrian/Vehicle Crash

Regional Police say a 16-year-old girl was hit by a pickup truck in Sydney, last night.

They add the crash happened at the intersection of Welton & Willow Streets at around 7:30.

The girl was rushed to hospital with what police say are believed to be serious injuries.

They add the 43 year-old man driving the truck was not seriously hurt.

The investigation into the crash continues.
